Lion Mountain Consulting, LLC (“LION MTN.”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. By using the Site or providing us with your information, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Consent. We send SMS text messages only to individuals who have expressly opted in by submitting a form on our website, signing a written agreement, or otherwise providing explicit consent to be contacted by text.
Program description. The LION MTN. SMS program is used to send consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, and follow-up communications related to consulting engagements.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on the nature of your engagement with us. You will not receive more than is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose you opted in for.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the number from which you received a message. After you send “STOP” we will send you a confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, US Cellular, Cricket, Alltel, Cincinnati Bell, Cellcom, C-Spire, nTelos, MetroPCS, and other smaller regional carriers.
No sharing of mobile information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers. Vendors that help us operate our business (such as email delivery, CRM, hosting, and SMS aggregators like Twilio) may process information on our behalf under written contracts that restrict their use of the data.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LION MTN., our customers, or others.
- Business transfers. If LION MTN. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstance.
